A new focus-Day 135

The start of 2011 marked a new transition in my life. To the average outsider it could appear somewhat chaotic. However, to me it has been a journey unlike anything I have ever embarked upon before. The work I am actually doing is not what is important. The experiences and chances I have had to gain perspective have been limitless.

Today Sunday May 15th marks the 135th of 2011. In a short time the year will be officially half over. The signs of summer have arrived and I feel a need to follow up upon my goals.

My largest goal is to drive through all 50 states in 2011. In February I accomplished the first portion of that goal through the lower portion of the states in the Southern Region visiting a total of 18 states. Including Arizona, California and Nevada I currently stand at 20 states in total. I have 230 days left to see the remaining 30 states including the North West, Mid West and the North East. I also plan to spend time along the Eastern Sea Board including the South Carolina shores.

I love to recognize where I have been and try to imagine where it will lead me. I owe a true debt of thanks to Jim Rogers, Thomas L Friedman, Kim and Robert Kiyosaki. Each one of these inspirational leaders has inspired me in their own way.
